OPINION BY ERVIN, J., September 13, 1962:

The appellant, Clarence Ford, was indicted for assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, rape and conspiracy. He asserted the defense of alibi. He was found guilty by a jury on all counts. After disposing of a motion for new trial, sentence was imposed.
