Mary Saisi and Richard Lansing were indicted in the criminal court of Cook County for the murder of Peter Saisi, the husband of Mary Saisi. Lansing entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to the penitentiary for life. Mary Saisi, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was tried by the court without a jury, found guilty, and sentenced to a term of 60 years. She has sued out a writ...
