Per Curiam.

The Referee has sustained four of six charges contained in the petition against both respondents, and two charges against respondent Chartoff alone. Chartoff age 34, was admitted in 1953, and respondent Schwartz, age 32, was admitted in 1951. They formed a law partnership in 1954.
