The defendant has appealed from a judgment awarding the plaintiff the maximum amount of weekly compensation beginning June 6, 1959 for the duration of his disability not to exceed 400 weeks with interest at the rate of 5% per annum on each past due installment from its due date until paid, subject to the compensation credit for payments made during the period from June 6, 1959 to July 19th, 1959, with a lump sum payment of all accrued amounts with interest...
