This is a law action to recover from defendants Chicago & N. W. R. Co. and Carroll Pletcher, engineer on its freight train, for personal injuries to plaintiff Charles Tilghman, driver of a truck which collided with the train at a grade crossing near the northwest edge of the town of Woolstock. Defendants appeal from judgment against them on jury verdict for plaintiff under the doctrine of last clear chance.
