Duncan, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the defendant, to recover the sum of $8,000, with interest and costs, alleged to be due under the terms of an automobile liability insurance policy issued to him by that company under the provisions of the Uninsured Motorist Law.1<...
