This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by plaintiff in an automobile collision. The jury found that defendant was negligent but that plaintiff suffered no injuries in the collision. Plaintiff moved the court to resubmit the cause to the jury on the ground that the evidence was uncontradicted that plaintiff was injured as a result of the collision. The motion was denied.
