In this appeal from a money judgment rendered on an oral third party beneficiary contract, the appellant contends that: (1) the evidence does not establish the alleged agreement; (2) lack of consideration; and (3) the agreement is barred by the statute of frauds. We have concluded that there is no merit in any of these contentions.
