Plaintiff, the favored driver, commenced this action for damages for personal injuries he suffered in an automobile collision that occurred at an unmarked, uncontrolled, right-angle street intersection in Tacoma. The trial court directed a verdict for plaintiff and left the amount of damages, if any, for jury determination.
