This is a suit under the Federal Employers' Liability Act for injuries sustained by the plaintiff on June 11, 1955. Plaintiff was employed as a switchman and was a member of a switching crew composed of the engineer Williams, the fireman Schaeffer, the foreman Koeppel, and the switchman and pin puller, Weitz.
