This is an action for damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred at a street intersection in a residential area of the City of Crowley, Louisiana, on July 4, 1959. One of the automobiles involved in the accident was being driven by Mrs. Sidney B. Hodges, and the other was being driven by Nicholas Primeaux.
