Appellant and appellee were domiciled in Oklahoma at the time the wife obtained a divorce with personal process on her husband. At her petition the Oklahoma decree gave the husband custody of their son. The child with his father was physically absent from the state at the time of the divorce and custody decree. The principal question is whether that decree is entitled to full faith and credit in this habeas corpus...
