This is a damage suit instituted by Mrs. Claudia Beth Williams Stephens, individually and for the use and benefit of her minor daughter, Burt Devonne Stephens, arising out of the alleged wrongful death of plaintiff's husband, Searcy B. Stephens. Defendant is the Natchitoches Parish School Board.
