The plaintiff herein seeks recovery of $2,534.00 with statutory penalties and attorney's fees allegedly due as the result of a loss under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant. The case was tried on its merits and judgment was rendered favorable to plaintiffs for the amount sued for, together with penalties and attorney's fees. The defendant insurer has appealed. Plaintiffs have answered the appeal praying that the attorney's fees be increased...
