The appellant, Vermont Electric Power Company, Inc., acquired a right of way for the transmission of electrical energy across the property owned by the appellees, Robert and Kathryn Whitcomb, in the Town of Essex, by virtue of an order from the Public Service Commission. The Whitcombs appealed to the County Court from the order of the Public Service Commission, but only as to that part of the order which awarded them damages for the easement placed...
