This is an appeal from an order of the Secretary of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania suspending the operator's license of defendant for a period of four months. This case is somewhat unusual by reason of the fact that the suspension order was entered not by reason of any unlawful driving by defendant but rather due to an alleged violation of The Vehicle Code relating to a faulty inspection.
