Paxton Company, a Virginia corporation, filed a bill of complaint in which it sought to have Ray O. Richardson enjoined and restrained from "entering or engaging in any branch of marine or industrial supplies, equipment, services business" in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland for a period of three years from March 31, 1961, the date he terminated his employment with Paxton Company, hereinafter called Paxton.
