This is the saga of a too long course of litigation over the value of and title to certain real estate located along the Clyde River in Orleans County, Vermont. The Plaintiffs are heirs or representatives of heirs of Abbie D. Prouty who, in July 1930, executed under seal a written contract with the Newport Electric Light Company.
