This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction restraining the City of Chicago and other defendants from prosecuting a claim in the Probate Court of Cook County against the estate of Arthur Wise. The claim is based upon a judgment for $1000 obtained by the city in the Municipal Court of Chicago against Arthur Wise for certain building code violations.
