The defendants prosecute this suspensive appeal from the judgment in favor of plaintiffs.

Nettie Wilson and her husband, Leon Wilson, are the plaintiffs. The defendants are Joseph Morris, Jr., and Nola Cabs, Inc., the insurer of the taxicab.
