A written contract was entered into on April 1, 1960, by Rancho Tomasina of Guaymas Valley, Sonora, Mexico, with Peerless Produce, Inc., and Al Siegal, concerning the production and sale of watermelons under which, inter alia, the latter parties agreed to pay to Rancho Tomasina the sum of $10,000.
