Plaintiff appeals from an adverse judgment on a verdict in his action to recover damages alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendants. On December 11, 1952, Philip Solomon, the plaintiff, was 33 months old. He resided with his parents in a four room apartment at 1152 South Keeler Avenue, Chicago. He had been in good health.
