ALLEN, Acting Chief Judge.
An interlocutory appeal was taken from an order of the lower court upon the petition of the defendant-appellee to modify a final decree of divorce. The court sua sponte directed the matter of the custody be transferred to the Juvenile Court of Broward County, to make such determination of custody and order touching thereon as the Juvenile Court might determine.
