June 7, 1960, complaint was filed with the Grievance Committee of Dade County Bar Association charging respondent with unprofessional conduct in that he violated Canon 28 of Canons of Professional Ethics, 31 F.S.A., and Rule 19 of Additional Rules Governing the Conduct of Attorneys in Florida, 31 F.S.A.
