Defendant was charged by a member of the Pennsylvania State Police with operating a motor vehicle on Route 15, a State highway in Latimore Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania, at a speed of 60 miles per hour in a zone where speed was restricted to 50 miles per hour, in violation of section 1002(b) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58, 75 PS §1002. Her rate of speed was timed by officers of the Pennsylvania State Police...
