In this case Mr. Tom J. Fontenot and his wife, Ollie Soileau Fontenot, seek damages for the death of their thirteen-year-old son, Tom Wayne Fontenot, who, while riding a bicycle on the highway, was struck from the rear by an automobile being driven by defendant, Ollie J.
