This is an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County granting an injunction against defendants under Section 2905.343, Revised Code.

A "bill of exceptions" containing the evidence and exhibits introduced in the Common Pleas Court was filed in this appeal, as was a brief containing six "assignments of error."
