We entertain this appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Lorain County, which reversed a final order of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the city of Avon Lake, Ohio, and, in doing so, held that "the zoning ordinance of the city of Avon Lake, insofar as it applies to the property in question belonging to the appellants, is unreasonable and amounts to an arbitrary interference...
