This is a suit for personal injuries sustained by a guest passenger. The suit was brought against the owner of the host vehicle, who was also the father of the driver. The defendant filed both general and special demurrers to the petition. Before any ruling, the plaintiff amended, and the amendment was allowed subject to demurrer.
