Johnston and Virgie Mae Johnston, his wife, for a commission on the sale of real property allegedly due pursuant to the terms of a written real estate listing. The defendants thereafter joined in the action a second real estate broker, Joe J. Paterno asserting that Paterno's activities were the procuring cause of the sale...
