PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged by information with the crime of pointing a gun at another, in violation of section 694.2, Code 1958, I. C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty and adjudged to pay a fine of $100 and costs. In default of payment of the fine and costs he was ordered confined to the county jail ten days.
