Plaintiff, appellant herein, recovered a default judgment in the Common Pleas Court against the defendant-appellee Gasper, in the sum of $3,500 for personal injuries suffered in a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff and a 1950 two-ton Chevrolet truck being operated by Gasper's agent.
