In August 1956, petitioner, hereinafter referred to as the "employee," was injured in a compensable accident while working for respondent Hood's Dairy, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "employer." A heavy beam which was used as a chain hoist broke causing injuries to employee's right hand, his pelvis was fractured, the internal portion of his genitals and his urethra were torn from the bladder and a permanent stricture of his urethra resulted...
