Guy M. Brunk, a real estate broker, brought this action against Calvin W. Tooles to recover the sum of $575 for a commission alleged to be due under a listing agreement for the sale of certain property owned by Tooles. There was a trial by a jury which resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Brunk, for the amount claimed.
