This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Porter D. Knoll and Harold R. Knoll, the appellants, were the plaintiffs below. William Knoll, Jr., and Alice George, the appellees, were the defendants.

The litigation arises out of a controversy concerning the will of Elizabeth T. Knoll, deceased. Elizabeth T. Knoll died October 20, 1957, and left surviving her seven children, four of whom are the parties to this action. Her will, which was filed...
