In this action by appellant against appellee seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly resulting from certain alleged acts of negligence by appellee, the verdict of the jury was for the latter and judgment on the verdict was against appellant. The overruling of appellant's motion for a new trial is the sole assigned error.
