Brooks, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, brought an action to recover damages for injuries to his person and property alleged to have been sustained when the automobile he was driving was in a collision with a truck owned by the defendants, G. M. Davis and Clarence O. Thomas, and which had been parked on the highway by the defendant, Frank Richard Allen. A jury trial resulted in a verdict...
