By decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County entered December 7, 1953, Frank Gilbert Nagle was adjudged an incompetent and the National Bank of Chester County and Trust Company, West Chester, was duly appointed guardian of his estate.

Thereafter, miscellaneous proceedings in connection therewith were conducted in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County.
