Plaintiff, a licensed real estate broker, sued defendant to recover a commission of $2,940 as an agreed six percent of the sale price of $49,000 for the "Arcade Bar Business." The complaint alleged defendant had listed for sale with plaintiff the Arcade Bar business, including its liquor license and a lease upon the business premises; that plaintiff obtained a buyer who was ready, willing and able to purchase...
