In the trial court, plaintiff Carolyn Skelton, a minor, by and through her father and next friend, sued defendants Sinclair Refining Company and Warren W. Rimmer, d/b/a Rimmer Service Station, for damages sustained when she was burned in the rest room of the Rimmer Service Station at Marlow, Oklahoma.
