WILSON, Justice.

Four sisters were declared illegitimate by the judgment appealed from, in which a take-nothing judgment was rendered against appellants. In our opinion the judgment is erroneous, and it is reversed.

Appellants are three of the daughters and the son of a deceased daughter of James Taylor and Cecilia Joseph whose Louisiana marriage the trial court concluded was void. Appellants were denied any interest in their father's estate in this non-jury...
