This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court which affirmed an award made by the Alaska Industrial Board in favor of the appellee. Appellee's injury was sustained before the repeal of The Workmen's Compensation Act of Alaska1 and the subsequent enactment of a new compensation statute. The new act does not concern us here.
