PER CURIAM.

Robert S. King, Jr., convicted of the offense of reckless driving by a justice court jury, was sentenced to a fine of one hundred dollars and to have his driver's license suspended for thirty days. On appeal to the district court, the cause was tried de novo to a jury which found him guilty, the court ordering a like sentence to that below. He has now appealed to this court, and the State has moved to dismiss the appeal on the grounds of noncompliance...
