HEIMBACH, P. J., August 31, 1962.
Appellant herein was convicted of speeding at the rate of 70 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour speed zone in the State of New Jersey, and thereafter, following a hearing, his license to drive in Pennsylvania was suspended for two months. Appellant took an appeal to the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County from such suspension.
