Plaintiff sues for increased disability retirement pay claimed to have been granted him, as a World War I emergency officer, by the Career Compensation Act of 1949, 63 Stat. 802, 818, 823-824, 37 U.S.C.A. § 231 et seq. The defendant has been paying plaintiff, as such retirement pay, 75 percent of the basic pay of a first lieutenant with over 14 years' service. His sole claim in this suit is that the 1949 Act entitles him to retirement pay...
