This is an eminent domain case in which the State Highway Commission of Wyoming, as plaintiff, has condemned land in and adjacent to Newcastle, Wyoming, for an access-facility highway, such highway to be a portion of U.S. Highway 85. One tract, owned by Leo Aimonetto and Genevieve Aimonetto, involves 2.16 acres of undeveloped land which is not inside the city limits of Newcastle but is just across U.S. Highway...
