WALKER, Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation case. Dawson Newman, plaintiff, was injured in the course of his employment when a folding walkway fell on his left foot. By trial amendment plaintiff alleged that he suffered two broken toes and a sprained ankle in the accident, that as a result of such injuries he developed myositis in the left leg, and that the injuries had extended to and disabled his low back and body in general.
