Plaintiff, Annabelle Stanley, brought this action against Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railroad Company, G.W. Curtis and Frank Robertson, for damages allegedly sustained by the negligent acts of the defendants, G.W. Curtis and Frank Robertson, while acting as the servants and employees of the railroad company. The cause was tried to a jury and the jury returned a verdict against the railroad company only....
