Over 17 years ago, on December 20, 1944, Constantin Chilowsky filed patent application Ser. No. 568,986, the application at bar, for "Method and Apparatus for Extraction and Utilization of the Energy Resulting from Atomic Decomposition of Uranium and its Compounds." Over 6 years ago, on January 20, 1956, this court, after a second oral argument, reversed a decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals which held the claims in this same application insufficient...
