On September 5, 1959, at about 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon, Bobby Lewis Roberts, age thirteen, was riding his father's motorcycle east on Highway 180 and Walker Street in the City of Breckenridge. Mr. Pennington, an employee of Mrs. Baird's Bakeries, Inc., had parked said company's bakery truck and trailer, about 45 feet in length, in front of the company's warehouse on the south side of Walker Street.
